“He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by him all things were created, things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, …” vs 15-16

Observation:
I never noticed how this verse proclaims Jesus as God.

Application:
For all those that don’t believe it, there it says it, Jesus is God. It really can’t be much more plain about it. I have had people in my life who don’t believe this, and yet profess to be Christians. I don’t get that. I need to remember this verse to tell those people.

Prayer:
Thank you God that I do believe in Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Thank you for planting a deep faith in me that the core of which has never shaken. I believe you at your word. And your word says it’s true. Amen.
